The hobbit hole is the first thing to think about once you start building your hobbit home. It may seem to be a simple step, however there are things that can simply be overlooked when you are first starting off.

I have first hand experience with this home, having been inside the house twice. The first time was when the home was financial institution-owned in 2012 and being proven for an open home. The former owner, who was planning on rehabbing the house, ran out of money. In a determined effort to attempt to recoup the cost, he tried to set the home on hearth in the entrance parlor on the principle degree. The fire (thankfully!) never took and only a small portion of the unique wood floor was scorched.
